Returns
Of course ROFRAME hopes you are happy with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected and you’d like to return it, this is how:

You have 14 days to return an item. Count those days from the moment you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

The items should be in perfect, unused condition & in the original packaging. Camera box still has its original, unbroken sealing.

Send an email to hi@roframe.nl to receive further return instructions. Please note that if you don’t send an email to inform us about your return and ship your item within 14 days, we cannot accept the return.

We, as ROFRAME, consciously choose that the return costs are for the buyer. In this way, the choice to purchase is made extra conscious. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.
Wrong, damaged or faulty item
If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please let us know by sending an email to hi@roframe.nl.
