  • Shipping and Delivery

ROFRAME is based in The Netherlands and ships throughout Europe. Find delivery costs & times below. 

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (mostly within 48 hours from the moment you place your order).

  • Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the chosen shipping method. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before you complete the payment.

For international orders (outside The Netherlands) please note, additional taxes and duties may apply in addition to the standard delivery costs shown on checkout. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.

  • Shipping issues

Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items not received as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the customer does not collect the package within the specified time at the pick-up point, the package may be returned to ROFRAME. In the case of an uncollected package, ROFRAME will contact the customer to discuss whether the package should be re-shipped at additional shipping costs, or to arrange a refund minus any return costs.

In the event of delays, loss, or damage during shipping, contact ROFRAME as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we are no longer liable for the package.
