Welcome to the ROFRAME website. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them clear and human – no legal jargon, just everything you need to know.
1. About ROFRAME
This website is operated by ROFRAME. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean the ROFRAME team. By using our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to these terms – including any additional policies referenced here.
2. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our products or submitting content, you agree not to do anything illegal or harmful – no viruses, no spam, no fake profiles. Let’s keep it kind and creative.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can only be placed via our website. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. We accept secure payment methods (like iDEAL). You’ll receive a confirmation email right after checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship from the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by country. Check our shipping page for details. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way. Please note that we’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
5. Returns
Of course ROFRAME hopes you are happy with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected and you’d like to return it, this is how. You have 14 days to return an item. Count those days from the moment you receive your order. The items should be in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging. Camera box still has its original, unbroken sealing. Send an email to hi@roframe.nl to receive further return instructions. Please note that if you don’t send an email to inform us about your return and ship your item within 14 days, we cannot accept the return. We, as ROFRAME, consciously choose that the return costs are for the buyer. In this way, the choice to purchase is made extra conscious. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.
6. Availability & Prices
We try our best to keep everything up to date, but sometimes mistakes happen. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including images, texts, and designs – is owned by ROFRAME (unless stated otherwise). Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse any part without our written permission. We put a lot of love into what we create.
8. Your Content
If you tag @roframe or use our branded hashtags, you give us permission to share your photo or story on our channels (always with credits). Want something removed? Just let us know.
9. Third-Party Tools
Our store runs on Shopify. We sometimes link to third-party websites or tools. We’re not responsible for anything that happens outside of ROFRAME – so be sure to check their terms as well.
10. Your Personal Info
For everything related to your data, please see our Privacy Policy. (Spoiler alert: we treat your info with care.)
11. Termination
If you breach these terms (or we suspect misuse), we may suspend or deny access to our site or services. Hopefully that’s never necessary – but just so you know.

We’ve designed our products with care, but using them is at your own risk. We’re not liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper use or technical issues.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
